  1. Introduction<\/strong>
    \nWelcome to Sovereign Hub. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.<\/li>\n
  2. Use of Services<\/strong>
    \nYou agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services for any unauthorized or illegal activity.<\/li>\n
  3. Intellectual Property<\/strong>
    \nAll content provided on this platform, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Sovereign Hub unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content without prior written consent.<\/li>\n
  4. Seller Eligibility (AML, KYC)<\/strong>\n

    All sellers are required to submit two forms of identification before being permitted to list coins. We reserve the right to refuse a seller\u2019s request to list coins if the submitted documents are deemed insufficient.<\/li>\n

  5. Fulfilment Obligation and Seller Accountability<\/strong>
    \nBy listing an item for sale, the seller agrees to fulfil their obligation to deliver the sold item in the condition as described in the listing. Sold items must be shipped within three (3) business days<\/strong>. Sellers must ensure that all transactions are completed in good faith and in compliance with the platform\u2019s policies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Failure to deliver the item as agreed upon may result in the following actions:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Negative Feedback:<\/strong> Buyers may leave a review reflecting their experience.<\/li>\n
    • Penalties or Restrictions:<\/strong> The platform reserves the right to impose penalties, restrict account privileges, or suspend the seller\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The seller is responsible for communicating promptly with Sovereign Hub in case of unforeseen delays or issues. Any disputes arising from a failure to fulfill an order will be subject to the platform\u2019s dispute resolution process.<\/p>\n

      1. Prohibition on Direct Contact<\/strong>
        \nSellers are strictly prohibited from contacting buyers directly outside of the Sovereign Hub platform. All communications between sellers and buyers must be conducted through the platform\u2019s messaging system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Additionally, sellers are not allowed to include their contact details, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or postal addresses, in any part of their listings, including the item title or description. Any attempt to do so may result in:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Suspension or cancellation<\/strong> of the seller\u2019s membership.<\/li>\n
        • Permanent account termination<\/strong> at Sovereign Hub\u2019s discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          This rule ensures transparency, safety, and adherence to the platform\u2019s standards.<\/p>\n

          1. Eligible Items<\/strong>
            \nOnly third-party graded coins are eligible to be listed on Sovereign Hub. Sellers may list coins certified by recognized and reputable grading organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The following items are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Raw Coins:<\/strong> Coins that have not been graded by a third-party.<\/li>\n
            • Counterfeit Coins:<\/strong> Any items that are fake or otherwise inauthentic.<\/li>\n
            • Back Orders:<\/strong> You are not allowed to list coins that you do not actually own. This includes coins that you own but are kept away or looked after by someone else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Violations of this policy may result in:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • Immediate removal of the listing.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Account suspension or termination.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Sovereign Hub reserves the right to assess and approve grading organizations and make final decisions regarding the eligibility of listed items.<\/p>\n

                1. Seller\u2019s Fee<\/strong>
                  \nSovereign Hub charges a seller\u2019s fee of 10% of the listed price<\/strong> for each successful transaction unless otherwise stated. The fee is automatically deducted from the seller\u2019s payout. Seller’s fee will be paid out within three (3) business days<\/strong> after we receive a withdrawal request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  This fee structure is subject to change, and sellers will be notified in advance of any adjustments.<\/p>\n

                  1. Changes to Terms<\/strong>
                    \nWe reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.<\/li>\n
                  2. Governing Law<\/strong>
